Over the years I've learnt that the only true way to make cash is by patience. For example: People want to make cash fast, and by fast I mean 1M per 10 minutes, which is next to impossible to do, unless you get lucky with PK'ing or Barrows. Another form is by fishing lobs (F2P) or Monks (P2P), it takes time to do, at least 6 hours per 1k caught, depending on the fishing level, but it can really help in the long run.
